Everyone can enjoy their Légère reeds if they find their right strength. This is why we are proud to provide an Exchange of Strength Program within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your clarinet or saxophone reed, please begin the exchange process regardless of where you purchased it in the world.

Please note that exchanges within the United States are not possible at this time due to recent changes to de minimis shipping rules. We understand this may be frustrating and will continue to work with customers to find a suitable solution whenever possible.

Please be assured returned reeds are discarded after a quality check and are never resold.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange at our discretion. These cases are rare and we make every effort to accommodate all exchange requests. Légère does not offer refunds on purchases.

If a product is lost in transit, Légère will replace one lost product per customer as part of our shipping insurance policy.
