Enrique Perez Piquer
Prize of honor and Honorable Mention in the Superior Conservatories of Valencia and of Madrid. At 19 he was clarinet soloist of the Madrid Symphony Orchestra (1981-85). He has also been Professor of the Municipal Band of Madrid (1982-85). He has been the Clarinet Soloist of the National Orchestra of Spain since 1985.
He is also professor of the Superior School of Music Reina Sofia of Madrid, since 2008.
-1985: Semifinalist in the International Competition of Clarinet of Toulon (France)
-1988: 1st Prize at the International Clarinet Competition of Reims (France)
-1991: 1º Prize in the Clarinet Competition City of Dos Hermanas
His teachers in Spain have been: Francisco Vidal, José Talens, Vicente Peñarrocha, Lucas Conejero, etc .; And abroad: Guy Deplus, Karl Leister, Michele Zukovsky, Anthony Gigliotti, David Campbell, Thomas Friedli, Hans Deinzer, etc.
He has performed as a soloist with orchestra and symphonic band, recitals with piano, chamber music, master classes, teacher of young orchestras … in Spain, Europe and South America.
