Dmitry Rybalko was born in Moscow in 1987. From an early age he was passionate about playing wind instruments. He finished with honours one of the best music school in Moscow, Music School named after Vladislav Blazhevich at the class of Gregory Gryaznov. Afterwards, Dmitry entered Academic College of Music at Moscow State Conservatory to the class of professor and the people’s artist of Russian Federation Rafael Bagdasaryan. After graduating from the college he continued his studies under Rafael Bagdasaryan at Moscow State Conservatory named after Tchaikovsky.

Dmitry performed under the direction of outstanding conductors such as Gennady Rozhdestvensky, Saulius Sondeckis, Eri Klas, Vladimir Ashkenazi, Anatoly Levin and Valery Polansky.
Dmitry plays solo and in ensemble both on clarinet and saxophone. There is a lot of music devoted to Dmitry both for solo and ensemble playing.
Since 2013, Dmitry Rybalko is an artist of State Symphony Capella of Russia under Valery Polansky. Dmitry teaches at Academic College of Music at Moscow State Conservatory and at Music School at Jazz Academy.

He is an RZ artist, Pomarico artist and ZAC ligature artist.
